As annoying as it is for most of the bad guys to have basically the same reasoning for trying to off the MC, this show does it better than most others. By this point in a cultivation show i'm usually starting to get bored of the bad guys, but they make the characters feel different enough, and make the side characters matter enough that i can look past the tropes and enjoy the story.

Needless to say, just like his alchemy skills, Tan Yun's weapon refining and formation array skills are also at a godly level...because...well he was a god.

I guess I have to wait for more episodes to pile up again *sigh*

He will, but it will take a long time. 1st he will whittle them down in the secret dimension (3 years I think) - then do it again in the next one, then well some things happen over time but its hard to hint at it without spoiling.
